• A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Free Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date.

• In this case, the prepaid deposit will be refunded.

• Bank transfer fees or commission charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

4.2 Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Tour

• If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the tour date, the prepaid deposit becomes non-refundable.

4.3 Cancellations Within 3 Days Before the Tour

• If a booking is cancelled within 3 days before the tour, 50% of the deposit will be retained to cover guide arrangements and transfer costs.

4.4 Cancellations Within 24 Hours or No-Show

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or failure to show up at the agreed meeting point, are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

4.5 Cancellation Requests

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official communication channels.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any applicable bank or transaction fees.

5. Changes and Modifications

ElmoTours reserves the right to:

• Modify itineraries, schedules, pricing, or inclusions when necessary

• Replace services (guides, transportation, activities) with comparable alternatives

• Make changes due to safety concerns, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances
